The aim of my thesis is to create business plan for expansion of concrete small size company in connection to it's current situation, possible future growth and further development. First part of my thesis is focused on available innovation processes, which can be implied to daily work to get desired innovation and improvement of current status and to shift the company to the next level. Second part of my thesis will be summing up the actual status of the company in connection to possible business opportunities and by using the innovation processes I am going to suggest business plan to extend the company in the way it secures stable company's growth and readiness of all business systems and processes for further enlargement, with the aim of increasing company's value even improving operating results.

This diploma thesis deals with possibility of a Czech company to enter Slovak market. The company specializes in production and distribution of pub quizzes. Aim of the thesis is to evaluate whether entering Slovak market would be profitable or not. This possibility is judged on the basis of a comprehensive business plan. The theoretical part characterizes individual parts of a business plan in general. The practical part follows up specific parts of the business plan in question. The final part includes evaluation of the business plan and provides recommendation together with final decision about its realization.
Proposal of Strategic Development of the Company Operating in the Field of Racking Technology Installation

The subject of this diploma thesis is the strategic development of JančaSolutions s.r.o., which is active in the field of rack technology assembling, focusing mainly on the western markets. The data needed to evaluate the current state of the company and to select an appropriate development strategy were obtained using the various analytical methods described in the theoretical part of the thesis. In the analytical part of the thesis the individual methods were applied and their results were further analyzed within the framework of the SWOT matrix, which was the basis of selection of the company's specific development strategy. In the design part, an alternative for further development of the company is selected in detail with regard to the necessary resources, including other implementation activities and the benefits of the proposals.

This diploma thesis deals with an entrepreneurial plan concerning the development of the business company MISE s.r.o., Ltd. The company has been working on the market as a distributor of medical aids for diabetics. The theoretical part is focused on the general characteristic related to the topic. The following analytical part contains the company characteristic, market analysis, financial analysis, the analysis of the outer and inner environment, including the plan evaluation for further expansion. In the conclusion, I summarize both the strong and weak points of the company, and also the opportunities and threats. The proposal part is based on the defined summary of the analytical part. The individual actions will aim to assemble an entrepreneurial plan, which will lead to the company expansion.

The business plan for SnackBag company and its expansion into the foreign markets

The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for the newly established business subject in the health food industry and evaluate the viability of the plan. The plan also includes the choice of the appropriate form of potential expansion into the foreign market. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. To create this business plan, firstly it was necessary to write down the complex theoretical framework of the basic aspects which are crucial for small and medium businesses. Secondly, it was needed to sum up the general principles of creating a business plan, characterise its structure and mention the most common mistakes and problems that entrepreneurs may encounter. The theoretical part is concluded by a description of the appropriate forms of expansion for small and medium businesses. Based on this theoretical framework the business plan for the company SnackBag was created with the emphasis on the project´s financial calculation. The calculations confirm the business plan as viable. Analysis of the main advantages and disadvantages of particular forms of expansion to foreign markets concludes that the franchise was evaluated as the most suitable for SnackBag.
